Web-based Information Resources And Other Reference Tools

Online magazines, newspapers, and other reference tools.

The library subscribes to Credo & Gale, web-based information resources which includes full text magazines, newspapers and reference tools.  You can search them from any computer with Internet access - at home, work, school or at the library.

Access to these resources is made possible through a partnership between the State Library of Iowa and Iowa's Area Education Agencies. Primary funding is provided by the State Library using federal Library Services and Technology Act dollars.

If you are interested in learning a new language or just brushing up on one you know check the Transparent Language Online app.

All of these resources are free to use if you have a Library Card here at The Tabor Public Library.  If you would like to get a card please stop by the library and bring an ID and a Current piece of mail or something with your current address.

This resource is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by State Library of Iowa.
